APAID’s board oversees and decides on the organizational activities whenever nessecary with advise from the Board of Advisors. The organization includes four departments:
- The project department is in charge of all our projects whit the regional manager monitoring the field work in his/her region.
- The research department leads all our research activities in collaboration with universities.
- The income generating department is responsible for the income generating activities.
- The financial department ensures the accountability of the organization.
